The apartments are large and with nice interior. Close to shopping of groceries. Okay equipped for making food. Dishwasher.

There was noise from the down stairs shop (Lidl) at 4.50 every morning. So unless you have plans on getting up early, do not sleep here.

Absolutely ridiculous. Never saw any of the staff, no trains back to hotel train station after 00.30am so had to pay 35 euro for taxi from Essen hbf. THEN got charged 120 euro after my 2 AND A HALF DAY stay (most of which I was at work) for stains on the tv and bed table which apparently needed replacing because of these so-called stains. Only put water on the table and DVDS on the tv table so absolute BS. Phoned to speak to the manager who was rude and am now awaiting a reply.

We loved the spacious and clean apartments, with easy access to public transportation just across the street. It was convenient to have a supermarket right next door and the added bonus of free parking. The daily housekeeping was a nice touch.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is just perfect, right across the train station, which made it very convenient for us to explore the area. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, from the easy check-in process to the quick response when we needed additional pillows and blankets. The room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a washing machine. We were impressed with the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. The leisure facilities, such as hiking and cycling, added an extra touch of relaxation to our visit. we highly recommend staying here for its excellent location and quality services.

The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the apartment was great, just a short walk from the train and tram station. We enjoyed the convenience of having a supermarket nearby. The apartment was also very clean and well maintained.

That the neighborhood was a bit quiet, especially at night. We would have preferred if there were more restaurants and cafes around for a night out.

The convenience of having a store nearby for last-minute shopping was helpful. the parking arrangements were easy, and the hotel was close to the train station. We appreciated being able to prepare a warm Christmas dinner in the apartment's kitchen.

Checking in was a frustrating experience, as there was no receptionist available. the pillows were so uncomfortable that we could hardly sleep.
